STATUS DESCRIPTION
In Progress Your order is currently being processed.
Shipped Your order has been sent to the designated courier company. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number.
Cancelled Your order has been cancelled.
Complete Your order has been successfully received.

If you have yet to receive your package by the expected delivery date, please check on the shipment by tracking your order. You may also email us at everbestshoes147@gmail.com  for further assistance.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make amendments once your order has been dispatched. Please kindly ensure that shipping address provided is correct. Check your address carefully when placing an order and ensure you choose the right location in the shipping address field.

For delivery within Singapore, the local sales tax (GST of 7%) is automatically applied to your order in accordance with Singapore’s tax regulations. You are not required to pay for any additional costs.

For delivery to foreign country, please note that shipping charges do not include customs and shipping carrier handling charges, Goods and Services Tax and Value-added Tax.

All items entering a foreign country (outside of Singapore) may be subjected to customs inspection and the assessment of taxes and duties in accordance with local regulations.

Any Additional Charges charged or collected by external parties will not be refunded in any form by EVERBEST.COM.SG.


Should there be any taxes and/or duties are incurred and you refuse to accept delivery of the shipment, you will be responsible for payment of all return charges, including any return taxes and/or duties incurred. These charges will be deducted from the initial payment before a refund will be issued.

In the event that taxes and/or duties are incurred in any shipment and Everbest's assigned delivery agent has to pay such taxes and/or duties on your behalf, you will be liable to pay the tax and/or duties amount to the delivery agent upon the delivery of the shipment.

Unfortunately we do not accept tax refunds for purchases made at EVERBEST.COM.SG.

Registering before placing an order is not required. However, you may register as soon as you have finished shopping, or check out as a Guest. Our registration process is fast and free. You may save your login details for future purchases. Click here to register.

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it in the Log-in section. Enter your e-mail address and an e-mail will be sent to you regarding what you need to do.

For ALL orders, you may email us and we will do the necessary changes if your order has not been dispatched. No modification or cancellation can be made once order has been dispatched.

Should there be no one be available to receive the package at point of delivery, the delivery agent will leave an “unable to deliver” note at the location. You will have to follow up and arrange for another delivery date. Please note that any additional shipping charges for attempted delivery and returning shipping charges will be borne by you.

Should an item be out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible unless item has been discontinued. You may choose to be notified when item is being restocked.

Currently we accept the following forms of payment:

We are working on expanding our more payment method to serve you better.

 

Kindly check that all information entered are keyed in correctly including card details and expiry date. If problem persists, please try using an another card.

Should you receive an item that you did not order by accident, please kindly contact us at everbestshoes147@gmail.com for Return Request. Item returned must be in original condition and unworn.

In an event that an item returned to us is in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. Please note that items returned will be refunded via Online Store Credits or your original payment mode. Refunds will be made based on invoiced value excluding shipping charges. Please allow 14 days after your return has been approved for your refund to be processed.

For Singapore Orders, should you accidentally receive a defective item, you may contact us at everbestshoes147@gmail.com and we will arrange an exchange for you at any Everbest stores for your convenience. However, item(s) has to be in its original condition and unworn. In the unlikely event that the item returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may not accept your refund request. 

Exchanged item has to be of equal value or with the same item. Should the exchanging item be of a higher value, the difference in amount will be borne by the customer. For item with a lower value, there will be no refund for the difference in amount.

For International Orders,  should you accidentally receive a defective item, you may contact us at everbestshoes147@gmail.com for Return Request. Item returned must be in original condition and unworn. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may not accept your refund request. Verdict will be looked on a case-by-case basis. 

Please note that we may send you another item to compensate or be refunded via Online Store Credits only and, original shipping charges are non-refundable in any form.  All sale items cannot be exchanged in retail stores and online.
