Everbest is a dynamic and rapidly growing fashion retail company committed to delivering high-quality products to our valued customers. As we continue to expand our online presence, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Product Listing and Management:

    • Create and update product listings on various ecommerce platforms.
    • Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and images are presented to customers.
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts.

  2. Order Processing and Fulfillment:

    • Process online orders in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
    • Address customer inquiries related to order status and shipping.

  3. Customer Service:

    • Provide excellent customer service through email, chat, and phone.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally and efficiently.
    • Work closely with the customer service team to enhance the overall customer experience.

  4. Content Creation:

  • Assist in creating and updating product content, including descriptions and images.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in ecommerce or related fields.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, marketplace and social media channels  (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, etc).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of online marketing and digital trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Canva, Mailchimp, and other online tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
